The Employees Putting Safety First program (EPSF) in its simplest form emphasizes employees making safety a priority. It encourages employees to take extra time to ensure work is being performed safely, shortcuts are being avoided and to look out for one another. That means new employees should not be afraid to ask for help and seasoned guys should take initiative to help show others how to do things safely and properly. We are all brothers in Division 214, let’s treat each other as such. We forget how dangerous our job can be. PUT SAFETY FIRST!
